Colour analysis is a method in which a person’s features are analysed to determine which colours are most in harmony with them, based on colour theory.

It works with a system that categories the subject into one of 12 seasonal groups under the four umbrella seasons ‘summer, autumn, winter and spring’.

2. You will receive a link to an online form via email within 10 minutes of purchase.

3. Complete the form by uploading the required images of yourself that will be used for your personalised colour analysis and answer some simple questions.

4. Once you have submitted the form your results will be completed and emailed to you within the time frame specified upon purchase.

I will endeavour to get your results back to you as quickly as possible. The standard wait time will be listed on the product page as it changes based on demand and is updated regularly.

Along with a detailed questionnaire you will be asked to send in the following:

• A makeup free selfie that is well lit and unedidted. Detailed instructions will be outlayed in the online form.
• A photo from your childhood, teen or younger years or, a photo of the roots of your hair to indicate your natural hair colour.
• 3 photos from the last 10 years that clearly show your features.

You are also welcome to email through extra photos you feel may be helpful in your analysis.

Refunds are available only before receiving the service, with any incurred fees deducted from the refund amount. No refunds are possible after the service is received.

Most people experience a little bit of disappointment when they receive their analysis as you won't have every colour that you like in your palette. With up to 100 colours in every analysis, you are bound to find at least a few that you like. Many people are surprised to find that they do like their colours once they try them on, they may have never done so before. It will open your eyes to a whole new world of colours you had never considered but that you will come to love.

Most in person colour analysis sessions cost over $400 AUD! Colour Lab Stylist packages start at $199 to make colour analysis more accessible to everyone!

YES! The beauty of online colour analysis is that it is available to everyone in the world from the comfort of your own home.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. Once your analysis has been completed your images will be deleted from my system. I will only ever use client photos with permission so there is no need to worry!

NO! Your colours will never change. That’s what makes your analysis such a good investment. You will never need to do it again and you will know what suits you best for the rest of your life!

Virtual styling is an innovative approach to personal fashion that allows individuals to curate their ideal wardrobe from the comfort of their own home. By combining elements of professional styling and personal shopping, it helps users discover looks that reflect their authentic style and select clothing pieces they’ll value and wear over time.

5. After completing your consultation call your stylist will get to work on creating your dream wardrobe and send out your results in the form of a pdf document.

You will be asked to submit the following:

• Answers to some simple questions about yourself, lifestyle and preferences.
• Some inspiration photos that give us an idea of your personal style/style preferences
• A full body photo to give your stylist an understanding of the pieces that will flatter you most.

If you wish to cancel your styling service, you must do so within 24 hours of your consultation call. Upon cancellation, you will be refunded your full payment, less any booking fees incurred by Colour Lab Stylist. No refunds will be possible after receiving your results.

What you do with your look book is completely up to you. Some people like to start fresh and purchase the entire wardrobe, others like to start small and pick some key pieces to begin with. You can also use your outfits as inspiration and find other similar items to shop or you may even have some of them already in your wardrobe.

Absolutely! You can book a follow up call with your stylist to make sure you feel confident putting together your new wardrobe.
