Have you ever wished that you could have your own personal stylist? 

This package includes a consultation call with our experienced in-house stylist and a personalised virtual lookbook to help you create your dream wardrobe.

A lookbook will be created especially for you and will contain the following:

  • A summary of your personal style and preferences

  • A personalised mood board for inspiration and a visual representation of your new wardrobe

  • 6 outfits selected for you by our in-house stylist, completely customised to your requests. This includes clothing and matching accessories along with links to shop each item with your stylists personalised advice.

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    1. Place your order.

    2. You will receive a link to an online questionnaire via email within 10 minutes of purchase.

    3. Complete the form by uploading the required images and answering some questions about yourself, lifestyle and preferences.

    4. Once you have submitted the form you will receive a link to book your consultation call.

    5. After completing your consultation call your stylist will get to work on creating your dream wardrobe and send out your results in the form of a pdf document.
    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY RESULTS?

    We will strive to return your results as quickly as possible; however, the current wait time is approximately 2 weeks. Results are sent Monday through Friday. We want to ensure you receive the best service possible and will never rush to complete your results.

    NOTE: Work will not begin on your Lookbook until you have completed your consultation call. It is important to complete your questionnaire and book your call in a timely manner if you would like to receive your results as soon as possible.

    WHAT INFO DO I NEED TO SEND IN?

    You will be asked to submit the following:

    • Answers to some simple questions about yourself, lifestyle and preferences.
    • Some inspiration photos that give us an idea of your personal style/style preferences
    • A full body photo to give your stylist an understanding of the pieces that will flatter you most.
    WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

    If you wish to cancel your styling service, you must do so within 24 hours of your consultation call. Upon cancellation, you will be refunded your full payment, less any booking fees incurred by Colour Lab Stylist. No refunds will be possible after receiving your results.
